Pricing: straight answers
How much is Amaal?
For SMEs: OMR 1.5 per user / month, or OMR 1.25 per user / month if you pay yearly. Every module is included per user, with no per-app pricing. Standard (non-SME) rates are OMR 3 and OMR 2.5. That's the whole price list.
Who gets the SME price?
Nearly every Omani service SME. We confirm eligibility in a two-minute chat, and it's the price you actually pay, not a teaser. If you're a small or medium Omani service business, assume you qualify.
Does the SME price expire after the first year?
No. Plenty of vendors dangle a first-year discount and quietly hike it at renewal. Amaal's SME price is for life: the number you start on is the number you keep.
Do I pay per module?
No, that's the old, expensive way. One per-user price covers every module: HRM, CRM, Projects, Time Tracker, Finance, and the rest. You add users as you grow; that's the only variable.
Is there a setup or upfront cost?
None. No setup fee, no upfront cost, no minimum. Onboarding, data migration, and onsite training in Oman are part of getting you live, not a separate implementation invoice.
Do I have to license everyone in the company?
No. You license the people who actually use Amaal, not your whole headcount. There's no 'all-employee' rule.
Is hosting in Oman extra?
No. Hosting your data inside Oman and being built for the Personal Data Protection Law are standard. You don't move to an enterprise tier or self-host to keep data in-country.
